Exclusive Listing SubscriptionFor Dental Professionals ("Subscribers"): Exclusivity: By subscribing to a city listing (e.g., "Miami"), you are granted the sole featured spot for that specific city. No other dentist will be listed on that city’s primary page for the duration of your active subscription.Fees: The subscription fee is $99.99 USD to $299.99 USD per month, payable in advance.Billing: Subscriptions are recurring. You may manage your billing and payments via our Payment Portal. Termination: You may cancel your exclusive spot at any time. Upon cancellation, the "Top 1" spot for your city becomes available to other practitioners immediately at the end of your billing cycle.3. Professional Standards While Top1Dentist.com spotlights "Top 1" dentists, we do not provide medical advice. Verification: Featured dentists are responsible for ensuring their licensing and credentials are valid and up-to-date in the State of Florida.No Endorsement: Our platform highlights reputation and prestige however, patients are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before undergoing medical procedures.4. Intellectual Property
All content on Top1Dentist.com, including the "Top 1" branding, Florida city-specific layouts, and proprietary text, is the property of Top1Dentist.com. Featured dentists are granted a limited license to display their "Top 1" badge on their own websites during their active subscription.
5. Limitation of Liability Top1Dentist.com acts as a bridge between patients and professionals. We are not liable for: Disputes between patients and dental clinics.The clinical outcomes of any dental procedures.Temporary website downtime or technical issues.6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
7. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these terms to reflect changes in our Florida exclusive model or pricing. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
